Grand Naniloa Hotel, A Doubletree By Hilton Hilo, Hilo

I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was great and offered beautiful views, the service and room arrangements left a lot to be desired. Issues with my air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable, and the staff didn’t seem particularly helpful. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel overall! The atmosphere was vibrant, and I loved the view from my room overlooking the bay and pool. The staff was friendly, although not as enthusiastic as I was hoping for. Dining at Hula Hulas had its ups and downs; while the food was fantastic, the loud music really took away from the experience. The room was comfortable but did come with a bit of crowd noise from the pool.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the location offered beautiful views, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The food was subpar and the amenities did not live up to expectations. Given the price, I expected better quality and more attentive service.

This hotel offered an experience that certainly had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the early check-in and the cleanliness of the facilities, the noise from the restaurant made it hard to enjoy my stay. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being wonderfully helpful, while others didn't even respond to greetings. Overall, it has potential, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
